- My name is Mindy Shelton Seagle. Originally from Cocke County Tennessee, I moved to Knoxville to attend college and never left! I am a 2007 graduate of University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelors of Art in Media Arts with a minor in Geology. Currently, I am pursuing my Masters degree in Education to teach Science in Middle Grades while contemplating a second Masters degree in School Counseling. I married my husband Roger in 2007. We met at UT while he was getting his Master degree and I was an undergrad.We have a two year old son named Bodhi and a mutt named Sunny.
